Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Sahla Foot mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. Sahla Foot is operated by Sahla Foot (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Use of the App involves financial transactions that require legal capacity to contract.

3. Description of the service

Sahla Foot is a platform that allows users in Morocco to discover, join, and pay for organised football matches (“Events”). We connect players with event organisers and venue administrators. Sahla Foot facilitates bookings and payments but is not itself a football club, venue operator, or event organiser unless explicitly stated.

4. Your account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You may sign in using email/password, Google, or Sign in with Apple, as available on your device.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the App (Profile → Delete account), subject to the conditions shown in the App (e.g. no outstanding wallet debt, no upcoming event registrations).

5. Bookings and events

  • When you join an Event, you agree to participate subject to the event-specific rules displayed in the App (schedule, capacity, payment rules, cancellation policy).
  • A booking is confirmed only after you complete the required steps (acceptance of event rules, successful payment or selection of an approved payment method, and system confirmation).
  • Event details may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
  • You agree to arrive on time and follow the instructions of organisers and venue staff.

6. Payments

The App supports the following payment methods, as displayed at checkout:

  • In-app wallet — prepaid balance stored on your Sahla Foot account (MAD).
  • Card payments via Stripe — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • Cash at arrival — where offered for a specific Event, according to the event rules.

All prices are shown in the App before you confirm. Wallet top-ups and card payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in an event’s refund policy.

7. Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellation and refund rules may vary by Event and are shown in the App before you confirm.
  • If you cancel within the allowed window, refunds may be credited to your wallet or returned via the original payment method, depending on the event policy.
  • If you cancel outside the allowed window, or fail to attend (“no-show”), you may forfeit all or part of the amount paid.
  • We or the organiser may cancel an Event (insufficient players, weather, venue unavailability, etc.). Eligible users will receive a refund or credit according to the event policy.

8. Wallet

  • Your wallet balance represents prepaid credit usable for bookings within the App.
  • You may not transfer wallet balance to another user unless the App explicitly provides that feature.
  • You may not maintain a negative wallet balance. Account deletion requires no outstanding debt.
  • We may suspend wallet use if we detect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

9. User conduct

You agree not to provide false information, use the App unlawfully, harass other users, circumvent payment or security measures, or interfere with the App. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

10. Content and intellectual property

The App, its design, logos, and content are owned by Sahla Foot or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. profile photo) and grant us a limited licence to display and process it to operate the App.

11. Third-party services

The App uses Firebase (authentication and notifications), Stripe (payments), and Google Maps (locations). See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

12. Disclaimers

Events are organised by third parties. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any venue or Event. Participation in football involves physical risk. You participate at your own risk. The App is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sahla Foot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sahla Foot for the specific Event giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the App or by email.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

1. Acceptation des conditions

En téléchargeant, accédant ou utilisant l’application mobile Sahla Foot (« l’Application »), vous acceptez d’être lié par les présentes Conditions générales (« Conditions »). Si vous n’acceptez pas ces Conditions, n’utilisez pas l’Application. Sahla Foot est exploité par Sahla Foot (« nous »).

2. Éligibilité

L’Application est réservée aux personnes âgées de 18 ans et plus. En créant un compte, vous confirmez avoir au moins 18 ans et la capacité juridique de contracter. L’utilisation implique des transactions financières soumises à cette capacité.

3. Description du service

Sahla Foot est une plateforme permettant aux utilisateurs au Maroc de découvrir, rejoindre et payer des matchs de football organisés (« Événements »). Nous mettons en relation les joueurs avec les organisateurs et administrateurs de terrains. Sahla Foot facilite les réservations et paiements mais n’est pas un club, exploitant de terrain ou organisateur, sauf mention contraire.

4. Votre compte

  • Vous devez fournir des informations exactes et complètes lors de l’inscription.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants et de toute activité via votre compte.
  • Vous pouvez vous connecter par e-mail/mot de passe, Google ou Sign in with Apple.
  • Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment (Profil → Supprimer le compte), sous réserve des conditions affichées (ex. : absence de dette, aucune inscription future).

5. Réservations et événements

  • En rejoignant un Événement, vous acceptez d’y participer conformément aux règles affichées.
  • Une réservation n’est confirmée qu’après les étapes requises (acceptation des règles, paiement ou méthode approuvée, confirmation du système).
  • Les détails peuvent changer ; nous ferons des efforts raisonnables pour vous informer.
  • Vous vous engagez à arriver à l’heure et respecter les consignes des organisateurs.

6. Paiements

  • Portefeuille intégré — solde prépayé (MAD).
  • Carte via Stripe — traité de manière sécurisée ; nous ne stockons pas vos données bancaires complètes.
  • Espèces sur place — lorsque proposé pour un Événement.

Les recharges et paiements par carte sont en principe non remboursables, sauf obligation légale ou mention contraire dans la politique de l’événement.

7. Annulations et remboursements

  • Les règles varient selon l’Événement et sont affichées avant confirmation.
  • Annulation dans les délais : crédit portefeuille ou remboursement selon la politique.
  • Annulation hors délai ou absence (« no-show ») : perte totale ou partielle du montant.
  • Annulation par nous ou l’organisateur : remboursement ou crédit selon la politique.

8. Portefeuille

  • Le solde représente un crédit prépayé utilisable dans l’Application.
  • Pas de transfert de solde sauf fonctionnalité explicite.
  • Pas de solde négatif ; suppression de compte exige l’absence de dette.
  • Suspension possible en cas de fraude ou violation des Conditions.

9. Comportement des utilisateurs

Il est interdit de fournir de fausses informations, utiliser l’Application illégalement, harceler d’autres personnes, contourner les paiements ou perturber l’Application. Nous pouvons suspendre ou supprimer votre compte.

10. Contenu et propriété intellectuelle

L’Application, son design et ses contenus appartiennent à Sahla Foot ou à ses concédants. Vous conservez vos contenus uploadés et nous accordez une licence limitée pour les afficher et les traiter.

11. Services tiers

L’Application utilise Firebase, Stripe et Google Maps. Voir notre Politique de confidentialité.

12. Exclusion de garanties

Les Événements sont organisés par des tiers. Nous ne garantissons pas la qualité, la sécurité ou la disponibilité d’un terrain ou Événement. Le football comporte des risques physiques. L’Application est fournie « en l’état ».

13. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans la mesure permise par la loi, Sahla Foot ne pourra être tenu responsable des dommages indirects. Sa responsabilité totale ne pourra excéder le montant payé pour l’Événement concerné au cours des douze (12) mois précédents.

14. Modifications

Nous pouvons modifier ces Conditions. L’utilisation continue vaut acceptation. Les changements importants pourront être communiqués via l’Application ou par e-mail.

15. Droit applicable

Les présentes Conditions sont régies par le droit du Royaume du Maroc. Tout litige relève des tribunaux compétents marocains, sauf règles impératives contraires.

الشروط والأحكام

1. قبول الشروط

بتنزيل تطبيق سهلة فوت أو الوصول إليه أو استخدامه («التطبيق»)، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام («الشروط»). إن لم توافق، لا تستخدم التطبيق. يُدار سهلة فوت بواسطة سهلة فوت («نحن»).

2. الأهلية

التطبيق مخصص للأشخاص الذين بلغوا 18 عامًا فأكثر. بإنشاء حساب، تؤكد أنك تبلغ 18 عامًا على الأقل ولديك الأهلية القانونية للتعاقد.

3. وصف الخدمة

سهلة فوت منصة تمكّن المستخدمين في المغرب من اكتشاف مباريات كرة القدم المنظمة («الفعاليات») والانضمام إليها ودفع ثمنها. نربط اللاعبين بالمنظمين ومديري الملاعب. سهلة فوت تسهّل الحجز والدفع لكنها ليست ناديًا أو مشغّل ملعب أو منظم فعاليات إلا إذا نُص على ذلك.

4. حسابك

  • يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة عند التسجيل.
  • أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن أي نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.
  • يمكنك تسجيل الدخول بالبريد/كلمة المرور أو Google أو Sign in with Apple.
  • يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (الملف الشخصي → حذف الحساب)، وفق الشروط المعروضة.

5. الحجوزات والفعاليات

  • بالانضمام إلى فعالية، توافق على المشاركة وفق قواعدها المعروضة.
  • لا يُؤكَّد الحجز إلا بعد إتمام الخطوات المطلوبة (قبول القواعد، الدفع، تأكيد النظام).
  • قد تتغير التفاصيل؛ سنبذل جهودًا معقولة لإبلاغك.
  • تتعهد بالحضور في الوقت المحدد واتباع تعليمات المنظمين.

6. المدفوعات

  • المحفظة الداخلية — رصيد مسبق الدفع (درهم مغربي).
  • البطاقة عبر Stripe — معالجة آمنة؛ لا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك الكاملة.
  • الدفع نقدًا عند الوصول — عند توفره للفعالية.

شحن المحفظة والدفع بالبطاقة غير قابل للاسترداد في العموم، إلا حيث يقتضي القانون أو سياسة الفعالية ذلك.

7. الإلغاء والاسترداد

  • تختلف القواعد حسب الفعالية وتُعرض قبل التأكيد.
  • الإلغاء ضمن المهلة: رصيد في المحفظة أو استرداد حسب السياسة.
  • الإلغاء خارج المهلة أو عدم الحضور: قد تفقد كل أو جزء من المبلغ.
  • إلغاء من جانبنا أو المنظم: استرداد أو رصيد حسب السياسة.

8. المحفظة

  • يمثل الرصيد رصيدًا مسبق الدفع للحجوزات داخل التطبيق.
  • لا يمكن تحويل الرصيد لمستخدم آخر إلا إذا وفّر التطبيق ذلك.
  • لا يُسمح برصيد سالب؛ حذف الحساب يتطلب عدم وجود دين.
  • قد نعلّق استخدام المحفظة عند الاحتيال أو مخالفة الشروط.

9. سلوك المستخدم

يُحظر تقديم معلومات كاذبة، الاستخدام غير القانوني، المضايقة، التحايل على الدفع أو تعطيل التطبيق. قد نعلق أو نحذف حسابك.

10. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية

التطبيق وتصميمه ومحتواه مملوكة لسهلة فوت أو مرخّصيها. تحتفظ بمحتواك وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لعرضه ومعالجته.

11. خدمات طرف ثالث

يستخدم التطبيق Firebase وStripe وGoogle Maps. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

12. إخلاء المسؤولية

الفعاليات يُنظّمها أطراف ثالثة. لا نضمن جودة أو سلامة أي ملعب أو فعالية. كرة القدم نشاط بدني ينطوي على مخاطر. المشاركة على مسؤوليتك. يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو».

13. تحديد المسؤولية

في حدود القانون، لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة. لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ المدفوع عن الفعالية المعنية خلال الـ 12 شهرًا السابقة.

14. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. الاستمرار في الاستخدام يعني القبول. قد نُبلّغ بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر التطبيق أو البريد.

15. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة المغربية. أي نزاع يُحال للمحاكم المختصة في المغرب ما لم تفرض قواعد حماية المستهلك خلاف ذلك.
